2.Stir till smooth. (Alternatively, boil a little water in saucepan over stove and stir in premix till everything is smooth) *note that lakanto requires boiling water to completely melt.
3.Top up with hot/cold water
4.Take off heat and add 2 tablespoons or 30g of heavy cream
5.Add ice if desired
